final countdown

Less than one week left before I'm back home. I feel like I'm in a frantic rush to do everything I had orginially wanted before my time runs out.


Yesterday Adrienne and I grabbed lunch at The Blue Mingo, an amazing restaurant on the water. We had to stretch our lunch break by about 30 minutes, but it was definitely worth it, and besides, who really keeps track anyway? Right? Um. RIGHT.

I swiped a plant off a different table because we didn't have one, and I like plants. This was some sort of herb, we think oregano, but I was all over it. It smelled amazing. I snuffled it forever. (That was for you Adrienne).

We had an amazing dessert!

It rained a few nights ago and the pond in front of the opera house was lovely.
